Find Colleges & Classes that Fit Your Purpose
Discover your unique purpose in life (your SPARX)...
Get matched with colleges and other learning resources that fit...
Find out how to use your SPARX to get into those colleges!
If you've found yourself struggling with any of these issues, SPARXlife is for you:
HS Students"College search engines ask me what I'm looking for in a college, but I don't really KNOW what I'm looking
for, or how to get in."
College Students"Sometimes I feel like I'm just drifting through college, and I don't know how to make the most of it
or what to do next."
Adults"I know it's time for a new direction in my life, but it's a risk, and I don't want to waste time by making
the wrong move."
Because college is EXPENSIVE, and you've got to make sure it's worth it.
Too many students drift from class
to class and major to major, trying to figure out what they really want to do. In the end, 50% (!) of college students drop out, usually because
(1) they still don't know what they want to do, (2) they realize they chose the wrong school for them, or (3) they feel it's taking too long.
They leave with no degree, no prospects, and a mountain of debt.
This is why PURPOSE FIT is key in finding the right colleges and academic programs. Purpose fit is what happens when
your school fits with who you are, what you care about, and where you want to go in life.
SPARXlife is directly in line with how I choose to
teach and guide students through this process. I am super excited to have discovered this tool that has a DRAMATICALLY different approach
than almost all that is out there for students, parents, high schools, and colleges. How can we ask students to pick colleges or even majors
when they haven't even taken assessment of who they are and what they value?
- Jennifer DesMaisons, the Putney School, Putney, VT
It's not about deciding what you're going to do for the rest of your life. Who knows what the world will be like in 30 years?
But colleges want students that are moving forward - that at least have a sense of direction that fits with
who they are and what they're all about.
If you already know exactly where you're headed in life, college search engines can help you find the school that's
right for you. But what if you aren't 100% sure? It's unwise to choose a college only based on things like location and size. This is
how people end up as part of the 50% that drop out!
SPARXlife was created to help you find a school based on what matters most - your sense of purpose in life!
It starts with automated online diagnostics that help you discover your STRENGTHS, your PASSIONS, your AWARENESS (of
the needs in the world you want to impact), and your RELATIONSHIP style - the 4 primary drivers of purpose. In the X section, our software
collides these factors to identify your SPARX Purpose Type.
Then we help you find and gain admission to the schools that best fit your SPARX!
Think about it this way: when you know what you're good at, what you love to do, what kind of impact you want to make
on the world, and what kinds of people you need around you, and when you know how to put these four things together, the colleges that fit best will
become clear, and you'll be equipped for a life of purpose and success!
SPARXlife is led by a team of student empowerment, college admission, and social science experts:
Co-Founder Shannon Meairs left her job on the Admissions staff at Pepperdine University to create The Scholar, a reality
TV show on ABC that gave away over a half million dollars in scholarship money to 10 high-achieving high school
seniors. She then founded Full Ride, a college admission consulting company that helped hundreds of students gain
admission to the college of their dreams.
Co-Founder Justin Jeter has almost a decade of experience inspiring and empowering teens as a church Youth Director.
In addition, he worked with Shannon to build Full Ride and to produce the College Admission: Simplified DVD series, and
managed a financial analysis training program for aspiring bankers in NYC.

Shannon and Justin are guided by Dr. Steven Rouse, Chair of the Social Sciences Department at Pepperdine
University. Dr. Rouse, an expert in the field of Psychometrics, has helped the team build a system that's scientifically valid and that really works!
