Shannon Meairs
Co-Founder Shannon Meairs left her job on the Admissions staff at Pepperdine University to create The Scholar, a reality
TV show on ABC that gave away over a half million dollars in scholarship money to 10 high-achieving high school
seniors. She then founded Full Ride, a college admission consulting company that helped hundreds of students gain
admission to the college of their dreams.
Justin Jeter
Co-Founder Justin Jeter has almost a decade of experience inspiring and empowering teens as a church Youth Director.
In addition, he worked with Shannon to build Full Ride and to produce the College Admission: Simplified DVD series, and
managed a financial analysis training program for aspiring bankers in NYC.
Dr. Steven Rouse
Shannon and Justin are guided by Dr. Steven Rouse, Chair of the Social Sciences Department at Pepperdine
University. Dr. Rouse, an expert in the field of Psychometrics, has helped the team build a system that's scientifically valid and that really works!
